Alba Monge-Rosa is a seasoned paralegal with extensive experience in personal injury law and various other legal disciplines.

Currently working at Strong & Hanni in Utah, Alba relocated from New York in June 2023.
Since 1993, she has built a strong foundation in the legal field, primarily advocating on the Plaintiff’s side in personal injury cases.

With a diverse background spanning in Personal Injury, both Plaintiff and Insurance Defense, Corporate Law, General Law, Matrimonial Law, and Immigration Law, Alba brings a well-rounded perspective to legal matters.

Her expertise includes case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery review, and client communications.

During her time at Keane & Beane, a corporate law firm in White Plains, Westchester County, NY, Alba worked under the guidance of Donna Frosco, Esq., a partner at the firm and former President of the Westchester Women's Bar Association.

She assisted Attorney Frosco in all aspects of her role as President, gaining valuable experience in bar association leadership and professional networking.

Additionally, Alba worked with Donald D. Brown, Esq., a partner at Speigel Brown & Fichera in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, NY. Attorney Brown served as President of the Grievance Committee of the Dutchess County Bar Association, and Alba played a key role in supporting his work in professional ethics and legal oversight.

​In recognition of her dedication to the legal profession, Alba has been nominated to assist in the Education Department of the Bar Association's Paralegal Division, contributing to the advancement and professional development of paralegals.
