Scott Anderson has been in the Asset Protection and Estate Planning field since 1998, when he started as a paralegal for a large seminar company in Seattle, WA.
There, he traveled around the country teaching stock market and real estate investors how to protect their assets through the use of legal entities. In 2000, Scott moved to Arizona, where he ran a small law office specializing in self-directed IRAs and LLCs. In 2002, Scott started his own Certified Legal Document Preparer company (AZCLDP), where he focused on Asset Protection and Family Law. At Legally Mine, Scott focuses on Asset Protection and Entity Creation. Scott works with clients to review their Entity Structure and help them understand the function of each entity. Scott is a Paralegal with the Utah State Bar Paralegal Division. He is a Utah County Notary and often meets with clients to review and notarize their Estate Planning Documents. Scott is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and is very active in several local council events. His favorite activity outside of work is spending time with his wife, Julia. |
