It is recommended that you have all required items completed before beginning your application
License notices for the current renewal year are emailed to your preferred email address on record during the last week of May.
​The window for online license renewal for members of the Paralegal Division is customarily open annually, beginning in the first or second week of June and running through August 31.
To renew your membership: complete the online renewal process by submitting your application and uploading all required documents through the renewal form.
Renewing members are required to complete and provide the following each year:
  • Form B (Declaration of Applicant)
  • ONE of the following supervisor declaration forms, as applicable:
    • Form C-1 (Current Supervising Attorney)
    • Form C-2 (Freelance)
    • Form C-3 (Former Supervising Attorney)
  • CLE Certification of Compliance

All forms must be uploaded as part of the online renewal process. Please note that this is a multi-step online process. Do not send hard copies to the Bar, as they will not be accepted.

Membership Fee:
  • Annual fee: $85.00
  • Due: August 31st
  • Late fee: $15.00 will be assessed for applications submitted after the deadline
